Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mossaro Scents. If you are no 100% satisfied with your recent purchase from us our team are happy to help.

Returns

Mossaro Scents allows 21 days from the day you purchased your item to be eligible for a return. Your item must be unused and in all original packaging with an invoice/proof of purchase.

We don't accept returns or refunds on sale or discontinued items.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned items we will notify you and start the refund process. Items will be inspected by a member of our team to ensure the items are unused and in original state. Once your item has been approved we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (eg - the credit or debit card originally paid with) You will receive this credit 3-7 business days after the approved return. (Please contact card issuer or hello@mossaroscents.com.au if not credited in 15 days)

If your return is due to change of mind, you will be responsible to correctly package to ensure there is no damage to the items you're returning during transportation (eg - the items getting damaged in transit to our warehouse)

Return/Refund Shipping is reliant on the customer. Shipping costs are non refundable
